Niall Blake-Knox

Communications and Policy Analyst

About Niall

As a former policy research and engagement officer for the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Conflict Resolution Unit, Niall is experienced in creating and communicating sound policy. From his work with governments and organisations trying to resolve the most protracted conflicts in the world, as well as  designing rehabilitative programmes for ex-offenders at criminal justice charity Only Connect UK, he understands how to tackle serious and complex problems. Niall is interested in reducing the gap between national policy decisions and those involved in the criminal justice system.

At Crest, Niall works across both our policy insight and communications teams. He helps our clients and team understand the implications of national policy decisions and combines this with targeted communication strategies to drive positive change in the criminal justice system. Niall has recently completed an MSc in Conflict Resolution and Governance at the University of Amsterdam and is a keen runner in his spare time.
