Stakeholder messaging for the Police ICT Company
As a new organisation with a small staff, the Police ICT Company needed to establish its voice within policing and the ICT supplier community, and demonstrate that it is delivering results.
Crest worked with the company’s senior team to research its stakeholders and their current knowledge of the company. We created a set of consistent, evidence-based, resonant messages for key audiences and helped the company to create an engaging presentation that explains its work to stakeholders.
In January 2016 the company organised a successful, high-profile summit for policing and the IT industry, attended by the Home Secretary. Crest created a fresh presentation for the summit to enable the company’s CEO, Martin Wyke, to explain his vision for improving police ICT. His session was widely reported in the sectoral press and on social media.
