Leading thinking on networks and technology
Cisco – one of the world’s biggest technology firms – was struggling to tailor its extensive product set for the British policing market. The firm needed to explain better how technology would help keep the public safer.
Crest worked with Cisco technical architects and the industry leads to reframe focus from technology to the outcomes that would be achieved. We helped the firm build a narrative around ‘connected communities’, ‘connected officers’ and ‘connected forces’.
Crest guided Cisco’s market entry and refined their sales messages, enabling them to more successfully communicate potential public safety outcomes. We convened senior public safety and policing leaders from the UK, the US and Canada – including 14 police and crime commissioners and Bill Bratton – to work through how Cisco technology could transform UK policing.
