This month, we welcomed new Analyst Intern, Madeline Rolfe, to the team.
Madeline joins Crest as an analyst intern, having recently graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Law with American Legal Studies. As part of her undergraduate degree, she spent a year abroad at the University of North Carolina School of Law where she worked as a Legal Research Assistant researching the topic of ‘Gender Diversity in Sports Governance’ alongside her academic studies.
After sitting on two of the largest student committees at university, the King’s College London Lacrosse Club and the RAG Society, Madeline is excited to work in the similarly team-oriented environment at Crest.
She said: “After just two weeks at Crest I feel as though I have had the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to several projects. I’ve already participated in interviews with key stakeholders and developed work for various consultancy projects. Although I’m starting this role from home, I’ve felt supported and welcomed by the whole team. This is a testament to the friendly and collaborative culture at Crest.”
Senior Analyst, Callum Tipple said:
“We're thrilled to have Madeline joining us for a three-month internship. Her knowledge of criminal law will provide the team with useful insight, and we are excited for her to support us in improving outcomes in the criminal justice system at large."
